Your first steps toward studying in Türkiye

From choosing a program to preparing documents: a thoughtful place to start.

Start with the program, not just the destination

Think about your interests, academic background, and what you want your studies to lead to. Compare program content, teaching language, location, and the institution’s admission criteria.

A shortlist helps you compare options more clearly. Include tuition and living arrangements in your planning, without assuming that all institutions have the same requirements.

Check the application requirements

Universities set their own criteria and deadlines. Review their official admissions information for required transcripts, diplomas, language evidence, examinations, and application materials.

If scholarship funding is important, research it separately. Scholarship eligibility and deadlines may differ from university admission, and neither admission nor funding is guaranteed.

Prepare before you submit

Make a checklist for each institution. Confirm whether translations, certification, or additional documents are required. Keep track of deadlines and use the institution’s designated application channel.

TürkiyeRota can help you compare programs, understand requested materials, and prepare your next steps. Final admission decisions remain with the university.
