2. Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies support website operation, security and the choices you request. The site uses browser local storage under “turkiyerota-cookie-preferences-v1” to remember your analytics choice where storage is available. It is not an advertising identifier. It remains until cleared, replaced or removed by your browser. Hosting and form-processing services may use necessary security or operational technologies in their own workflows. Rejecting analytics does not disable navigation, legal pages, contact-form submission or communication links.
3. Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is a non-essential third-party analytics service. If you choose Accept Analytics, the existing Google tag loads and may measure page views and interactions and process online identifiers and device/browser information. GA4 may set cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_<identifier>” to distinguish visits. Their actual duration and the provider’s data retention depend on configuration and Google’s practices; no account-specific period is asserted here.
Before an affirmative analytics choice, the website does not load the Google tag or initialize GA4. Reject Analytics keeps it disabled. The site does not send pre-consent cookieless analytics pings. Google’s processing and potential international transfers also require the legal assessment described in the Privacy & KVKK Notice. Consent does not undo information previously sent.
4. Your choices and withdrawal
The banner provides Accept Analytics, Reject Analytics and Cookie Settings. In settings, analytics is optional and is off unless selected; necessary functionality remains on. The Cookie Settings control in the footer is always available to change your choice. When analytics is withdrawn after loading, the website disables measurement, removes accessible first-party GA cookies and reloads the page so the analytics script no longer runs. Previously collected provider data is not erased by this action; contact the controller about applicable rights.
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser. This may remove saved preferences, cause the banner to appear again or affect necessary third-party workflows. If browser storage is unavailable, a choice may apply only to the current page session.
5. Advertising and external services
TürkiyeRota does not currently initialize advertising cookies, advertising pixels or remarketing tags on this website. Offering Meta Ads or Google Ads services is not the same as using advertising cookies on this site. If this changes, notices and required consent choices must be updated before activation.
Links to WhatsApp and social profiles open third-party services with their own privacy and cookie policies. Google Search Console is used for search administration, not as a separately initialized visitor tracking tag on this website.
