Ask the receiving institution first

The correct translation process depends on what the document will be used for. Ask the receiving institution what language, format, and certification it accepts.

A sworn translation, notarization, and apostille are different steps. Do not assume every document requires all of them, or that one replaces the others.

Share the right context

Identify the source and target languages, document type, intended use, and deadline. Clear scans can help assess the scope, but original documents may still be required for some procedures.

TürkiyeRota can discuss translation availability for your language pair and help you understand the requirements to confirm before proceeding.
